Great app! The lyrics feature has improved compared to before, and many more songs now include lyrics.
Easy to set up and very convenient for controlling my speakers. The interface is simple, responsive, and everything works smoothly. It has made my daily music experience much better. Keep up the great work!

Looks great and performs even better. The R1 is a solid addition to my living room decor, and the screen is a real eye-catcher. It’s fun to watch the display update with the music—definitely a conversation starter when guests come over. The setup was smooth, and the app is very straightforward. I love having four different playback modes to choose from, which lets me tweak the sound based on what I’m listening to. Very happy with this purchase.

You’d think after spending thousands on one of their items they’d provide an app that doesn’t make you sit through an app of their headphones every time you open the app.  

The app is buggy, slow, for the most part, useless.  Total trash.

Was working temporarily and I was able to upload my photos but now all my photos are stuck, but it says there’s nothing in my albums and I can’t upload any photos so now I’ve had the same photos for the past year. Please fix the app so I can change them.

Trying to sync the device to the App is like pulling a teeth. It keeps saying “No device detected” while the headphones is connected to my phone and working. It’s nice it gives you the option to set up your own audio range, but you have to be connected to the App first. Please fix the app.

I’ve been locked out of the app for the past several weeks. On start of the app it prompts “Connection Timeout” and then does not move forward. I’ve even tried completely deleting all data of the app and redownloading.

The lyrics do not sync and there needs to be an update. The cover art doesn’t sync as well. This is too expensive to not be able to work as promised. And there needs to be more options on the app for the clock.

The app is so faulty that it’s ridiculous, for a $900 item you think they would spend some of that money to make the app stream line. Every time I try to open my device through the app, it shows it can’t locate it and I have to restart it for it to then show up under my devices. Now, it won’t even connect it and have to actually restart the product itself.
