You have to wait to get answers, luckily it’s fairly fast. I was able to open it, login, and browse. I closed it out at 5:30 pm but when I tried to open it at 5:55 pm, it wouldn’t open. It displays the opening “Morning Save” intro screen then immediately closes out. I deleted the app then downloaded again, but it still didn’t work. I went to try the mascara and the wand broke down inside. It is totally useless. The 2nd was “lost” per consumersers service “ . I spend countless hours tracking the order. Finally reached someone whom stated my order “ must be lost” as it was showing that it arrived in Ky., but never left that facility. They offered me 2 options.. replace or refund. I chose the later. They should have replaced the item for FREE! Since I did all the work.
