Everything about your plan now lives in one place: under Profile → My plan
you can change your weight, goal weight, calorie and macro targets, program
and step goal. Home reminds you when a weigh-in is due, and Liv can record
it for you – just say "the scale showed 76.2 kg" and she logs it. Goal
weights are checked against a healthy range for your height.
