## What is Morph?

MORPH PLANS IT. YOU SHOW UP.

Morph handles your entire fitness life so you don't have to think about it.
It plans your week, surfaces the one small thing to do right now, and makes
logging effortless. No planning. No psyching yourself out. The only thing
left to do is show up — and we make showing up the best part.

ONE SMALL THING, AT THE RIGHT MOMENT

Morph plans your whole week — lifts, movement, and recovery — and quietly
re-plans it every day around your real life and energy. You never see the
plan. You see one doable thing, surfaced at the right moment and framed as a
light choice ("good time for a 10-minute walk — now, or after lunch?"). It
starts small enough that anyone will do it, then grows so gradually you never
feel it ratchet up. That's how you never fall off.

EVERYTHING THAT MOVES YOUR BODY, IN ONE PLACE

- Lift — strength training with a progression engine and PR prediction
- Move — walks, steps, and movement nudges timed to your day
- Recover — readiness, recovery, and sleep, so you train hard on the right
days and back off on the others

One app instead of five that don't talk to each other.

LOGGING THAT COSTS NOTHING

Log a workout in plain English, tap once, or let Morph pull it in
automatically from Apple Health. Your workouts, steps, sleep, and recovery
stay in sync without you lifting a finger.

CONSISTENCY, WITHOUT THE WILLPOWER

Keep one simple streak alive by doing the next healthy thing — even a
10-minute session counts. Morph sells the floor, not the ceiling, because
some is dramatically better than none. And it tells you the truth: 7,000
steps, not a magic 10,000; strength for a longer, healthier life.

BRING YOUR PEOPLE (OPTIONAL)

See which of your contacts are already on Morph and invite the rest to keep
each other showing up. Your contacts stay private — names never leave your
phone.

Morph plans it. Morph moves it. You show up. Staying healthy, on autopilot.

Morph plans it. Morph moves it. You show up. Staying healthy, on autopilot.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-06-14

Morph's biggest update yet:
• Apple Health — auto-import workouts, HRV, resting heart rate & sleep
• Daily readiness score + per-muscle recovery map (now powered by your lifts and cardio)
• Smarter cardio scheduled around your training, with calories & heart-rate zones
• Weekly plan you can tap, inspect, and edit inline
• Live workout timer, bodyweight tracking, and grouped supersets
• Redesigned onboarding & sign-in, light/dark themes
Plus performance improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-05-12

Updates this week:

Posts and other public spots now show people's actual names instead of @usernames (feed, leaderboards, comments, friends, groups, profiles, etc.)
Added 3 new profile fields: Equipment Available, Workout Length, Primary Reason for Lifting
Edit Profile page got cleaner — bigger outlined Save button and more space below Delete Account
New "Total Lifts" leaderboard — counts every workout you've ever logged, capped at 2/day so no one can fake it

Replaced the daily streak (fire icon) with a dumbbell + total lift count in the top-left
Every logged workout adds +1 — no rest days, no tokens, no resets
Tapping the icon shows total workouts, total volume lifted, and total reps
Removed rest tokens, grace period, and the "streak at risk" reminder
Existing users' past workouts are backfilled, so their counter starts accurate

Added a ? button in the bottom-left of the notepad that opens a help popup.
The popup is a small card you can swipe between two pages (with arrows and dots too).
Page 1 explains how to format a workout, what happens when you log one, and what free users get.
Page 2 explains every AI feature — where to find it and why to use it.
Styled to be compact, solid-background, and stays inside the notepad area.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-05-10

A redesigned welcome flow, a cleaner share experience, and leaderboards that actually show who's strongest.

A better first run

A new pre-signup tour walks you through what Morph is for: training, AI workout planning, social, leaderboards.
After signup, try the AI live with a quick demo — type your goals and watch Morph generate a real workout before you commit.
Welcome screen is rebuilt around the wordmark instead of the figurative logo.
Sign-up now gives you live password feedback as you type so you know exactly when your password is strong enough.
Paywall has a true Back button and a real Skip for Now option — no surprise upgrades.
Leaderboards rebuilt

New Total leaderboard ranks lifters by their Squat + Bench + Deadlift combined. You appear even if you've only logged one of the three (missing lifts count as zero).
The Big 3 leaderboards now recognize how you actually log lifts. "Bench Press", "Bench", "barbell bench", "Squat (Barbell)", "Bench Press 1RM" — all of these are now treated as the same lift, so PRs no longer fall through the cracks.
Profile and leaderboards now read from the same source of truth, so a PR that shows on your profile will always show on the leaderboards.
Removed the Overhead Press leaderboard to focus on the core three.
Share your workout, your way

New Minimal share template: transparent background showing just your workout title, PRs, and exercises — perfect for layering over a story photo.
New quick-share buttons go straight to where you want to post: Instagram Stories (as a real sticker overlay, not a flat background), Snapchat, and Messages — no more hunting through the share sheet.
Fixed a bug where shared PRs displayed "undefined lbs" instead of the actual weight.
Smaller fixes

The Volume tab in your workout history now scrolls properly when you've trained a lot of muscle groups.
A bunch of unfinished features were trimmed out so what's left feels more polished.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-04-30
