BUT it needs a full screen view mode without any of the menus!!! Please do that. So als skizzenbuch gibt es definitiv bessere. However, Why the heck do people need to BUY BRUSHES?! You have to get a PRO version of this app to use 99% of its content! That’s fricken stupid and I have to pay for my favorite one! WHY WOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A BRUSH THAT SHOULD BE FREE ANYWAYS?! THE PENCIL ONE IS FRICKEN SWEET AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?!?! I’m not spending money on 6 BRUSHES! It’s stayed the same with no development for two years or more, and no updates for over a year. Shame as this could be so much better. It’s just too basic as it stands. No layers is a deal breaker. No visible spine, or even spine shadow (as you would see on a normal sketchbook) is also a big miss as it prevents it from feeling like opposing pages of a digital folding sketch book, just one large sketching space. Double tap for undo also a huge miss, as it is in trace. Also, no redo function. No canvas rotate, pita. No scales for the ruler, or protractor guide. And don’t even think about expecting a selection tool. Or for them to read a react to the suggestions page……there’s basic (even the ‘Pro’ version) and then there’s this. For years I have been suggesting improvements to at least come close to moleskin flow or paper or even apple note.but nothing ! No updates no improvements. All pens are not scaled well for the size of the paper so you can really draw anything on one side. I googled and there’s nothing there, no support from the developer. No thanks. ### 1/5 — A set and forget app? *2023-07-30* The most striking might be terms of service, but there it is here, 6 years and still no changes, difficult terms and conditions, and still, the inability to print; a flipbook like app offering no physical archive capability despite the ancient „print coming soon“; physical archive tools remain absent raising questions as to professional utility, risk with data archive is hacks; the basic paper grids and tools has disappeared so less viable than the past. I can’t set an image as a background, clip a page to stay in the boundaries of the page, or lock parts while I adjust others leading to me accidentally moving something unintended instead and I can’t undo movements. The pens and brushes are a joke and there seems to be no easy way to access any sort of settings. Tried adding text and when I went to select fonts the list was empty. Don’t spend money on this. It’s not worth it. Used to making my random sketches and notes. ### 5/5 — User friendly *2021-07-22, version 1.5* I was looking for a basic organiser because physical organisers that i usually use is getting more and more pricey! This was relatively cheap (RM17.90 for a year!) compared to my usual physical organiser refill that cost (RM61 a year!) I was looking for something that has great support, works on the ipad and the iphone, able to use apple pencil to scribble and draw (I like mindmaps!) and I used to use Moleskine organisers so, this was a no-brainer! I love that I can set up the pages as I liked, journal with dates on the right, task list on the left and a spread to scribble and draw when i’m bored! It’s super easy to use, very direct and basic. If you’re looking for those cute cute planners, this is not it. If you’re looking for a whole artistic sketchbook, this is not it. This is pretty basic and you can find more advanced “books” by the same developer. Nope this helps! Overall I’m extremely happy with this app! I spent the whole day Googling all the diary/organiser app. If the developer is reading this, can we please have the option of a passcode lock on the journal?
