## What is Morphos?

Start tracking calories with a photo. Morphos combines an AI calorie counter and food diary with macro tracking, saved recipes and a meal planner. Log what you eat, understand your nutrients and turn recipe ideas into a weekly plan and shopping list.

Log food with a photo or barcode
Take a photo of your meal and let AI suggest foods, portions and nutrition values. Review the estimate, adjust quantities and save it to your food diary. Use the barcode scanner for packaged foods or add an entry manually.

Track calories, macros and vitamins
Follow your calories, protein, carbs and fat throughout the day. Explore vitamins and minerals in your logged meals, too. Record water, weight and activities alongside your nutrition goal, whether you want to lose, gain or maintain weight.

Save recipes from your feed
Turn recipe inspiration into something you can cook. Import recipes from supported Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links, keep them together, adjust servings and follow the cooking steps. Imports depend on the source content being accessible.

Plan meals and build your shopping list
Add saved recipes to your weekly meal plan and move ingredients to your shopping list. Check off items as you shop. Keep your recipe ideas, planned meals and groceries connected in one app.

Ask your AI nutrition coach
Ask the Morphos Coach about meals, recipes and your nutrition goals. It uses your profile and saved entries to put its suggestions in context.

Access and subscription
Morphos is for adults aged 18 and over and is available in English and German. English is used for other device languages. Full access requires a paid subscription. The price, billing period and any eligible trial offer are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

AI results may be inaccurate. Check foods, quantities and nutritional values before saving. Morphos provides general nutrition information and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
