## What is Morphy?

I wore my Apple Watch for years without really using what it was telling me.
The data was there - precise, reliable - but never explained, never put into context.
As a coach and athlete, I knew this data had value, but it wasn’t actionable.
So instead of switching to another watch, I built Morphy.
