It would be so much easier if our favourite items could be grouped by category instead of their random order at the moment. The Morrisons app works beautifully for me until I get to the shopping basket, at which point I can no longer use it. Which means I can’t check out my order. So disappointing for an app that was arguably the most accessible supermarket app in the UK. Come on Morrisons, I have faith in you to get this fixed. I use Morrisons because of the app’s accessibility. But for the time being I can’t use it so I’m off back to Asda, whose app’s accessibility I’m told has much improved. Around 800,000 people in the UK have significant sight loss, so Morrisons could well forfeit a lot of existing and prospective customers over this blunder. UPDATE: Morrisons replied and suggested I call their customer service line who would apparently help me while this situation is being resolved. I called them and they tried to register me for the doorstep telephone ordering service, which would have cost me another £5 per shop on top of the delivery pass I already pay for. I pointed out that this is a contravention of the equality act 2010. The operative said there was nothing much she could do about this. I asked to speak to the manager, who was apparently in a meeting and would call me back, which of course he didn’t. No QA in sight. Stop using gen AI for this bro. Hire actual developers and do basic QA. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT ### 1/5 — Dont waste your time *2026-07-06, version 1.437.1* I downloaded this app and placed my first express 1 hour order today 6.7.26 Was given a time slot on delivery between 20:13-21:13 For 12 items. And i never got my order. Nor did i receive any contact from them updating me about my order. Besides that the user interface is absolutely whack. And completely missed the mark in comparison to other supermarket grocery apps. Dont waste ur time folks. You wont even get your groceries. ### 1/5 — Misleading Order Status & Poor Customer Service - Morrisons Now *2026-07-02, version 1.436.1* Really disappointing experience with Morrisons Now. I placed an order because the app said it would arrive within 60–90 minutes. For the entire 90 minutes, the only update I saw was "Your order is being prepared," so I assumed everything was on track. After waiting, I called customer service, and that was disappointing too. The person I spoke to, who was very unprofessional, told me that orders are automatically cancelled after 90 minutes if they can't be fulfilled. If that's the case, why was the app still telling me my order was being prepared? There was no warning, no update, and no notification that my order was likely to be cancelled. The whole experience was frustrating because the app gave completely misleading information, and customer service only made things worse. Collection is great though do take some bags so you can pack as you go and they are happy to help with packing if you ask. Then once packed off you go it’s that easy!
