## What is Morrow?

Morrow is a daily reset. Not a habit tracker, not a blank page to fill.

Every morning you say how things actually are, in a couple of minutes. Out of that talk you get one line for the day and three small tasks, picked for your mood, the areas you chose and what you just said. In the evening you come back, go through what happened, and close the day.

THREE TASKS, NOT A LIST
Each one is small enough to actually happen, and each one says why it is there today. Two of them can be swapped for something else.

A CONVERSATION INSTEAD OF A BLANK PAGE
Two questions in the morning, two in the evening. Nothing to stare at, nothing to fill in.

NOTHING HERE IS A SCORE
A skipped day does not erase the month. What did not happen is marked as that, never as failure.

SEE WHAT CHANGES
Your calendar keeps every day, with mood and areas. Each week you get a recap of what worked, and a suggestion for the next one. Every month, a wider look back.

APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU WANT IT
Sleep, steps, mindful minutes and daylight sit next to your days, so you can see why some days felt heavier. Morrow only reads this data and never writes anything back.
