## What is Mortgage & Loan Calculator PRO?

▶ The calculator helps to calculate monthly loan payments and total overpayment. There is support for prepayments.

Loan Calculator PRO is a universal tool for calculating consumer loans and mortgages.  
 
MAIN FEATURES:

▶ FAST AND ACCURATE CALCULATION
Calculate monthly payment and overpayment for consumer loans, mortgages, secured loans. Just click add on the main screen and enter the loan parameters - amount, rate, term and type of payments. We support annuity (equal payments) and graded repayment scheme

▶ DETAILED PAYMENT SCHEDULE
 The program will build a payment schedule in short and detailed versions.    The schedule will show the interest for each month, early prepayment and other changes to the loan.

▶ SUPPORT FOR EARLY PREPAYMENTS. 
We support early prepayment with reduction of the payment term and with reduction of the monthly payment amount. It is also possible to change the loan rate and payment date.    

▶ BEST DATE FOR EARLY PREPAYMENTS
Calculating the best date for early repayment allows you to understand when it is most profitable for the borrower to make an early payment.

▶ WHICH LOAN TO PREPAY?
The app tells you which loan to choose for early repayment. If you have several loans and you plan to repay one of them, the program will calculate which loan is the most profitable for you to repay early

▶ CALCULATION OF SAVINGS ON EARLY PREPAYMENTS
The early prepayment savings is the difference between the interest you would have paid if you had not made an early prepayment and the interest you would have paid if you had. This value is current as of the last date on the payment schedule
 
▶ ANALYZE ALL YOUR DEBTS
 The charts allow you to understand the structure of your debts, your payment load each year. A progress chart of principal payments shows how much of the loan you have paid and how much is left to pay

▶ FORECAST OF EARLY PREPAYMENT
If you turn on the forecast, you can see how long you will pay off the loan if you make a certain amount over the monthly payment.

▶ LOAN COMPARISON
If you are looking for a suitable loan and comparing the offers of banks, the program will allow you to understand which loan is the most profitable. The comparison is based on the overpayment (total interest).

▶ CONVENIENT WIDGET FOR CONTROLLING PAYMENTS
Add a widget to the home screen and you will see what the next payment will be and what part of the loan has already been paid. 

▶ ALERTS FOR UPCOMING PAYMENTS
Go to settings, turn on alerts and specify the due dates. At the right moment, the app will send a notification about the need to pay the monthly loan payment

Можете добавить разбивку по досрочным платежам по годам, чтобы понимать сколько в каком году внес досрочных платежей

В своё время давно я купил за немалые деньги это приложение. У меня на старом айфоне оно до сих пор прекрасно работает. Все считает даже любые виды досрочных погашении. Разработчики удалили его и перезалили как новое приложение где досрочное погашение по подписке. Грустно когда такое происходит. Прошу прокомментировать данную ситуацию

Раньше было два приложения с одной и той же иконкой
Если вы возьмете и скачаете то приложение что у вас работает на старом айфоне под тем же акаунтом на ваше новое устройство, то оно продолжит работать и не будет требовать подписки так как это просто платная версия без каких либо подписок

Итого внимательно проверьте какое приложение вы покупали. Если у вас не требует подписку то приложение которое вы покупали то напишите нам на support@mobile-testing.ru

Часть функций в приложении бесплатно и довольно много!
А дополнительные функции за деньги. Дополнительные функции существенно помогают сэкономить на кредите десятки тысяч рублей. Почему они должны быть бесплатными?

После обновления стало хуже, обратился поддержку, он ответил обратитесь в психиатру. Разве так можно издеваться. Когда покупал было 150 руб, а сейчас изменил условия, цену завысил. Жадный разработчик

**Developer response:** Как я мог завысить вам цену, если вы раньше покупали. Сейчас в приложении добавлены новые возможности и вы получили их совершенно бесплатно, если раньше платили 150 рублей. Все новые возможности старые пользователи, которые раньше покупали приложение, получают совершенно бесплатно.

Никаких обращений в поддержку по адресу support@mobile-testing.ru я не вижу.

Раз вы называете меня жадным, то удалите мое приложение. Есть куча аналогов. Там жалуйтесь что вам стало хуже.  Такие люди как вы только портят полезные приложения и мешают им развиваться.  В приложение вложен труд кучи людей начиная с 2012 года.  А вы перечеркиваете всех их усилия своим бесполезным отзывом о том, что над вами якобы издеваются. Пишите нормально о проблемах в отзыве и тогда вы получите нормальный ответ. 

К сожалению приложение не виновато в том, что после обновления вам стало хуже. Обратитесь пожалуйста в местную поликлинику к врачу психиатру по полису ОМС. Надесь вам полегчает

Новая функция «прогноз досрочного погашения» не работает на iPhone 14 Pro, после включения и нажатия кнопки сохранить вылетает из приложения. Пользуюсь приложением больше 2 лет, заметил еще один один минус, так как я любитель просчитывать несколько вариантов погашения кредита, бывает что создаю несколько альтернатив одного кредита с разными способами погашения, но за все мое время пользования несколько раз сталкивался с проблемой когда приложение отказывается добавлять новый кредит, проблема решается удалением приложения, но к сожалению с потерей всех данных.
