This app is also very useful for people who are looking for homes, as it will take into account all the factors that go into buying a home. You can also put in how much your mortgage is, and it will the purchase price for the property taxes. Free apps are better than this one. Very disappointed!! **Developer response:** We are sorry for your disappointment. We decided to keep this app focused purely on the mortgage calculation. For making extra payments and using start dates I suggest you try our other app called Loan Calculator - What If? that will calculate this extra information for you. ### 1/5 — Useless *2016-11-04, version 9.0* There is no way to change payment options (biweekly or other wise) **Developer response:** You are right. We only support monthly payments at the moment. The figures did change except for the monthly payment which seems to stay the same. **Developer response:** We have sold this over 10k times and are unaware of any issues with the calculations. However, when I do, I expect it to be better than a similar free app. This app is a pain to use because fully half the fields are "under" the keyboard. This mean that to access those fields, you must click "done" on the keyboard, then cursor to the previously hidden field. It gets even worse. Even when you are now on that field, to type a value in, the keyboard is on top of the field, so you cannot even see what you are typing in the field. I tried deleting and redownloading the app a few times and now it just shows a black screen when I try to open. ### 2/5 — Great but fails at one important task *2017-02-06, version 9.0* First, this is a great app that does the job it advertises. Second, this is a plain copy of the similar app designed by "SVT Software" (or something similar like that). I don't mind the copy as the app mentioned above is still a 32 bits app version which Apple will soon kill. BUT... even if this app does the same job, it fails, and it's where it's the most important, to format the email form well. The mortgage table/spread sheet is designed in a way that there are no lines in the raws, which makes it impossible to print, send to a client, etc. The numbers are just following on 30 lines, unreadable. If the email feature is fixed, this app is definitely a 5 stars but... will it be updated one day? **Developer response:** We plan to update the email format in an upcoming update. Sorry you believe this is a copy.
