Button to remove ads with one-time purchase broken. I hate ads required to use an app. The product does not work with ads, spyware, crashes etc. A good app will charge a one-time fee to remove the ads or buy the app from the developer. Updates should fix these bugs and is a simple fix to make ad removal button work so I may purchase no ads with a one-time fee. Until fixed you deserve one star from me.

Instead of saving extra payments made it only allows two months worth and defaults past extra payments to the calculated regular payment throwing off the entire loan.  The export button just closes the app.

I’ve been using this app for years. It has all of the details needed and also has HOA payments which most calculators don’t have. Reason for 4 star is app all of sudden is starting to crash.

I LOVE this app. However at the beginning of 2024 it’s unusable as the app keeps crashing whenever you try to open it. Please fix this bug soon as I will now have to find another app instead of Mortgage+ 😢
