It has all of the details needed and also has HOA payments which most calculators don’t have. I hate ads required to use an app. The product does not work with ads, spyware, crashes etc. A good app will charge a one-time fee to remove the ads or buy the app from the developer. Updates should fix these bugs and is a simple fix to make ad removal button work so I may purchase no ads with a one-time fee.
