Not a lot of features, but quickly gets to the root of cals needed. I like it for its speed and it remembers my work. 

Update Aug 22: I wish it would reach across all my platforms. 

Would be nice to Nice to be able to show impact of a balloon payoff at a future year. 

Would be nice to have a feature to incorporate the cost of an outside loan. Like the cost of debt for a down payment.

The best I’ve found. Powerful to compare my options. One thing that would be great for the overpayments is to choose between reducing their term or the monthly payment.

I love this app. Before buying or financing any big purchase I run the numbers here. I can see the affect of interest rates and monitor payoff dates of items. I share information with family and coworkers about how I have my money working for me and not just sitting in the bank. Anything I finance has to bring in income that is 40% more than my payment. But I like buy small houses with a 5 year payoff and then have get 90% positive cash flow.

I’ve been using this for about 9 years, I love it. It makes it easy to calculate overpayments and compare different lenders rates. It’s my main tool in calculating deals

How do I get my money back? The app charged me $20.45 versus the about $5 advertised. 
Plus, I am unable to even use the functionalities - says no email on account. There is no option to add email or register. 
Please help.

I have been frustrated by the limitations of this app for the Canadian market. An app version dedicated to Canada would be helpful. Assumptions behind app do not easily translate into Canadian market. It is a dated app as well. Updates desperately needed.

I simply want to know what extra payments on my mortgage would do for me, in yearly and monetarily, I inputted everything it asked for + the extra payment and it tells me nothing ! 
Waste of money ! 
I don’t want to be a finance major, I want a simple to use calculator that will show me graphically and otherwise what extra payments will do for me, apparently this is Not It !

No schedule of payments, no ability to add extra one-offs to pay down for automatic schedule amendments, not use friendly as need to enter the initial mortgage settings all the time for any analysis

Great app, but the branding in-app purchase is overpriced. Before the bug fix for the branding inability to purchase the upgrade price was reasonable; however now that the upgrade is working the price point sky rocketed.

Once the price is back to reasonable, I will return to give the app 5 Stars.

Not that great if you already have a loan. Only useful if you are looking at a new mortgage. I refinance my house 2 years ago and tried applying the info to the app and it would not compute correctly. I just wanted info on a payoff data, total interest paid, etc but could not get it to work.

This app works well to find out how much interest will be charged and how much is spent at any given time during the life of a mortgage. I also use it for comparison shopping.

I used this a year ago to calculate various mortgage deals I was being offered. It allows you to calculate monthly costs for the life of the mortgage and see how your balance changes over time.

So glad i found this App ! Only used it for a couple of weeks .. easy to use.. It does years & months for a more accurate projection. I’m able to compare different rate/overpayment scenarios & have achieved some enlightening results.  Various info is shown via easy to read charts, diagrams, and month-by-month lists, eg. showing proportion of payment as capital & interest. Finding the App helpful & informative. Fab.
