I’ve tried quite a few mortgage calculators, and this is by far one of the most comprehensive and practical. It goes beyond just calculating a monthly payment. You can factor in taxes, insurance, PMI, HOA dues, closing costs, extra payments, and even see how those extra payments affect your payoff timeline. I also appreciate the affordability calculator, which makes it easy to work backward from a target monthly payment. The interface is straightforward and the calculations are fast!  A fantastic app for anyone who is shopping for a home or planning to pay off their mortgage faster.
