It updates daily mortgage rates, provides trend lines with explanations and expectations of why it is at the rate it is. It has a ton of mortgage calculators, shows news for rates, and even can pull local lenders in the area. This app has literally so much included and it’s free… there’s no excuse for not having this app ### 1/5 — Focus on the Facts *2024-09-20, version 1.0.30* The commentator needs to focus on the facts in the summary section. Way to emotional. Also, fairly inconsistent with daily rate updates. This app does exactly what supposed to it keeps you updated. It gives you news on mortgages and rates.
