## What is Mortgage Payment Calc?

If you are the person who:

You will need this smart and comprehensive app to calculate the payment each cycle, payoff date, total payment, total interest, affordability, the payment schedule and prepayment etc, and also to manage your loans, track loans’ process and share amortization schedule.

There are three calculators:

Super handy tool, thanks! Good work. It keeps things simple but useful. My only complaint is the light green font colour makes the text and data quite hard to read. Also, a feature request - it would be great if it could calculate how lump sum payments (at specified points in time) affect a mortgage.
