The app itself is very straightforward and the customer service is incredible. You definitely get your moneys worth. At the end of the month, they send you beautiful prints that fit perfectly into the journal. It’s honestly so satisfying to watch it all come together into something you’ll treasure forever. Their customer service is honestly amazing. They responded quickly anytime I had a question and made the whole process super easy. What really stood out, though, is how they went above and beyond to accommodate me when I needed extra help. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect, which made the whole experience even better. I used Mosaic Journal to document my baby’s first year, and it has been a wonderful way to capture and hold onto all those moments. The concept of this idea is so unique and I love receiving my images each month! You can bulk upload and back date photos too which makes life so much easier. All are beautiful quality and it was easy to fit them into the album. It’s super easy to upload them on the app and move to fit the frame which I love. My only quibble is I wish I knew sooner and could’ve started from my baby being a newborn. Regardless it’s lovely and I think I’ll just continue to have one forever more as it’s so nice to have tangible photos without having to sit there and go through hundreds of photos to try make an album and find somewhere to print them. ### 5/5 — Great app *2024-03-07, version 2.07* Such a good idea! Thank you! ### 4/5 — Great concept + app! *2026-07-12, version 3.08* We love our mosaic journal. The book itself is brilliant, the concept is great, and the app is intuitive. It makes printing memories so easy. My only small gripe is I feel that the photos themselves don’t print great. The quality of the prints is lacking a bit. But can’t fault the rest! ### 4/5 — Lovely keepsake *2024-12-16, version 2.19* I downloaded Mosaic around February 2024 time as I saw it on a social media advert. As someone who loves taking pictures everyday, this was perfect for me! You can retrospectively add photos so I added all of January from images I already had in my camera roll. You get a lovely yellow book to store all the images in. The staff are so friendly and responsive when you have any queries. I also got 3 months free at the start of the year. The only downside is that it is quite expensive, without any discounts or anything it’s £15.99 a month. ### 5/5 — Mosaic *2026-07-16, version 3.08* Love the app. Brilliant way to keep those treasured memories. I committed to the year of pictures as the deal was cheaper, Although I was Wondering if I would stick to it through the year. I have! Not every picture is super interesting but it’s a little bit of each my days to remember. It helps me look for interesting things to capture day to day and I’ve began annoying my friends with the “ pose guys I wanna get my picture of the day!” I would love to make this a habit for years to come! Receiving my pictures every month is like a monthly recap of what I’ve got up to I love it. Well worth it !! The app is straightforward and easy to use. This is such an incredible product! The quality of the journal itself is top tier, pages are very thick and sturdy and the whole book just feels premium but for a very affordable price - not to mention it’s gorgeous and is a perfect coffee table book! After receiving mine in the mail i immediately bought another one for my sister! My journal unfortunately got damaged in shipment, so I reached out to customer support who responded within an hour. Murad was very friendly and helpful, and offered to replace the journal for me!
