What an atrocious app. I’ve had to install my fair share of them lately and none have been as appalling as to convince me to write a review about them. 

Not only is the user experience profoundly bothersome, extracting data without using any of the common payment methods that would do away with endlessly submitting private information to these gluts, everyone of my orders failed. It took 20 minutes for the order to fail. Every one of my friends had the same experience. 

I’ve since deleted this miserable app.

The proliferation apps you’re forced to download to order contactlessly at pubs is already infuriating. 

This one is particularly infuriating because besides being opportunistically intrusive, it is a heinously poor user experience. The menu is confusing, it does not accept standard payment options and it extracts contact details from you. 

Were I not forced to, I would never, ever, ever download this app.

Tried to use the app in The Button Factory, Birmingham; nothing that we wanted to order was available on the app, even though people were eating and drinking the same around us.  Left without eating 😢

Tried to use this app this evening and actually gave up before managing to place an order. Very confusing layout, requires a lot more set-up than other similar apps, and in the end was taking so long and not making any progress that we gave up and asked to order at the bar. Ridiculous!

Loaded this pathetic app to get a beer and food. After working out how to get the app to realise I was in the UK not the USA and following its set up instructions I finally got to order! . Alas after taking my cash it cancelled the order, staff couldn’t tell me why and they think it should be refunded. First and last time using this app.

I’ve used many apps to place orders from my table and happy to say that this is the best I’ve come across so far. No lengthy forms to sign up - super quick and easy. I love seeing my points rack up the more I spend too. Nice one Mosaic!

I have seen a number of new pub apps come onto market recently but this one has to be one of the best! Easy to use and great offers available! Will definitely be coming back to claim my free Aperol!
