Unless you want to grind hours and hours of mutants raiding your stations just to be able to beat a random boss with each battle having the worst RNG I’ve ever experienced. The game honestly is good at times but I feel as though the developers may have put much effort into the thought and gameplay but then died out halfway through executing with balancing the game. I believe the updates were long in between years of each other and it seems they had to rebrand the whole game and or edit somethings here and there. Overall it’s good at some points and poorly executed a lot of the game. ### 4/5 — Fun Game But… *2024-12-22* The enemies seem overpowered and unbeatable. I would like more story and dialogue with friendly 4th R. The problem is that I wanted to try and become another faction, or a different faction then just be some crappy scientists which give me the FO4 Institute vibes. I wanted to maybe become the Order and ally myself up with Hanza so we could take out, I don’t know the Fourth Reich and the bandits. But even the character avatars are a problem to me. They look kind of cartoonish, not very serious as opposed to the Metro games I have played which were amazing. What I think would be a nice touch is for the map to look a little bit cooler(darker, more post-apocalyptic), the character avatars look more realistic to the game, allow yourself to choose any of the factions(some exceptions can be made) and some new systems. For example if you were to ally yourself up with say Polis, and then it’s just you and Polis left then the game would finish and basically go ‘VICTORY’ so I wouldn’t have to stab them in the back like it’s a Survival of the fittest and Last-Man-Standing type thing. Another thing that does also bother me is the combat system and the support class system. It doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen in Metro games, I mean blue liquid First-Aid spray? What about the medkits in small yellow containers? It would be pretty neat if the game wasn’t always a turn based too, but sometimes it could be a huge large scale battleground where you could take control of units and fight the enemy, just not from a top down third person view. Just to fit the lore accuracy and combat scenarios of the Metro games would be the icing on the cake. If you read this far thanks, I hope you consider these ideas! ### 2/5 — Good game, but *2023-08-16, version 1.92* Ironically enough, first review that comes up from 2 years ago mentioning how the game crashes every time on start up, funnily enough, mine started in the middle of playing, and after coming off the app for some length of time, I can’t even open it up to continue playing the game, have devs lost interest in this game or? ### 3/5 — Unable to play *2023-08-15, version 1.92* Can’t access eu server where my saves are located and when I try ru server no option can even be clicked on. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-10-10* After years it’s game still hasn’t changed, the attacks are ridiculous they never stop, the game wants you to get better troops but I can never save enough to do so, within 40 turns you’re just stuck constantly gaining a station and losing 2, getting one guy to lv6 and then he dies… and once the cultist get reinforcements they start attacking every couple of turns too. I can’t afford to get higher ranked troops so I have to buy them from hansa, but they always die to rats before they can level up a single time, eventually I got so frustrated I send everything I had to the cultists thinking at least once they are dead I can rebuild. Oh but little did I know they have fallout super mutants with OP powers. I didn’t ask for war with the cultists, they don’t stop attacking, you can’t make peace, and they have op units you can never hope to take out until you are well developed, the stations on the way to them are all tiny and can’t build the defenses they need to hold the line… it’s a terrible terrible gameplay loop and I’m glad I’ve never spent money on this game please don’t bother with it it’s just frustrating and annoying at best. **Developer response:** Hello. After turn 20, you get slammed by everyone and run out of money. Just don’t bother. It feels like the game isn’t supported anymore. I’d rather have fun and want to explore new features cause i love the game. Graphics are excellent n I just recently noticed the sounds that the characters make when playing the game and they sound great and funny at the same time I love it. Sometimes multiple times a day or it’s fine for three or so days before it crashes randomly. There is no warning. You can be in the middle of combat or simply passing time, it will crash. Not really even worth playing till the crashing stops, and since the last update was some year ago? And as compensation for the inconvenience, keep the promo code: backtowork We hope that you will increase your rating) ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing , doesn’t work. *2023-04-12, version 1.92* Deleted ### 1/5 — AVOID THIS SCAM OF A GAME! *2023-01-28, version 1.92* At first I enjoyed this game, and as far as core gameplay and world building it’s actually superb. The thing that lets it down is a terrible server system that barely functions, as well as a very greedy and swindling in-game currency system and tendency to demand unreasonable investment to be even slightly playable later on. The game has ‘coins’ which you can either buy, or collect gradually by logging in each day. The amount the game gives you is nothing compared to what you need, so naturally (as the game is actually very good in terms of play), you make your first small investment in the game to carry on the experience by buying some coins. You’ll find those coins run out fast, and then the game’s difficulty suddenly exponentially increases unreasonably and all your troops you have invested all that time and money in to upgrade and stay powerful enough suddenly get killed easily by a sudden wave of ridiculously over-levelled enemies. The only way to get ahead of this curve is to buy coins every time you play, or wait about a month to sign in each day to collect the meagre amount of counts given for logging in and just not progress your game until you have enough to survive. On top of this, you’ll be upgrading your troops spending your coins, and before saving for the period suddenly the game crashes. You’ll reload and realise all that coin spending has meant nothing as the progress of upgrading has not been saved - and yet the game has the cheek to have saved the fact you’ve spent the coins!!!! I tried to contact the developers for a refund but the site is in Russian and there’s no way to find a contact form. It’s a swindle. Lastly, I was stopped from playing ultimately because now the server my game is saved to is unavailable and has been for some time. So all that progress and investment means absolutely nothing because of these greedy, swindling charlatans. Avoid yourself the stress and hole being burned in your wallet. The core game is good, but it’d a shame it has toxic, greedy people running it. ### 1/5 — Great game but *2022-11-17* I really enjoy the game and have put a lot of time into it but I spent roughly 15k in coins leveling up my characters for the game to freeze causing me to close the app. When I reloaded my save, neither my characters were leveled nor did I have my coin I had spent. **Developer response:** Hello. While in play, the game immediately just shuts down and I noticed that there was no updates since one year ago.
