## What is Moshimo?

A tiny sushi restaurant only locals go. A quiet but beautiful onsen. A hidden paradise with little online info. Some of Japan’s most memorable authentic experiences still begin with a conversation in Japanese.

Moshimo makes that connection for you.

Tell us what you need in your language. We call the places/businesses in Japanese and bring the outcome back to your app.

BOOK. CHANGE. ASK. AND MORE.

WHEN BOOKING NEEDS CALLING
Wanna contact a place but there is no booking or chat button? Moshimo calls for you. Request reservations at authentic local Japanese restaurants, bars, onsen, spas, beauty salons, massage studios and more. You could be their first welcomed foreign customer.

PLANS CHANGED? LET THEM KNOW.
Running late? Need a different time? One more guest joining dinner? Ask Moshimo to call about rescheduling, updating or cancelling your plans. Even plans made online need a Japanese phone call to change.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Can my luggage be stored there? Does that onsen allow tattoos? Can children join? Is your size in stock? Is there a special performance today? Ask the places/businesses directly through Moshimo, so you can plan around an answer.

KEEP THE ANSWERS. KEEP EXPLORING.
Your call ends. The details stay. Read the outcome in app, see what the business said and find out what still needs your decision. Revisit transcripts and recordings when available.

HELP WITH THE UNEXPECTED
Left something behind? Need to contact your hotel, a taxi company or a delivery service? Tell Moshimo what happened and what you need the call to accomplish.

YOUR NEEDS. JAPAN’S WAY.
You use the language you’re comfortable with. Moshimo connects with local places/businesses in Japanese. Review your request before the call and keep the result afterward.
