Mosi is a calm, warm companion app for ADHD and neurodivergent folks who are tired of productivity apps that punish them for being human. At the heart of Mosi is Sprig, a gentle companion who grows every time you check in. Miss a day? Sprig waits for you. No broken streaks. No shame. Just the quiet truth that you showed up again.

Sprig, your growing companion
Sprig is not a to-do list enforcer. Sprig grows when you check in and never withers when you don't. Every check-in counts, whether it's a full win, a "I showed up," or an honest rest day. The streak is not the point. You are.

Three honest options: Done, Showed Up, or Rest. No broken-streak mechanic. No red Xs. Just a calm record of your effort that honors how ADHD actually feels.

Focus tab: breathe and sit with Sprig
A calming breathing orb guides you through a slow breath. A body-doubling timer lets Sprig sit beside you while you work. Sometimes just knowing someone is there is enough.
