## What is Mossly?

Mossly is a quiet care journal for the plants you keep.

Not a feed. Not a chore list. A calm place that remembers your plants so you don't have to, and helps you notice how each one is doing over time.

Show her a leaf, and she offers a careful name with the care it suggests. Water or check on a plant, and it goes quietly into her record. When a plant is likely thirsty, she sends one gentle reminder. That's all. No streaks to keep, no noise, no guilt.

WHAT SHE DOES
• Name a plant from a photo, with honest confidence. She tells you how sure she is, and you can always correct her.
• Keep a simple care log for every plant. Every watering and check-in, kept by Mossly.
• Get a quiet watering reminder when it's actually needed, shaped by your local weather.
• Look back through the almanac, a calm record of her care over time.
• Start with no account at all. Your garden lives on your device until you choose to sign in.

MADE TO BE CALM
Mossly speaks only when she has something worth saying. No badges, no leaderboards, nothing built to pull you back. She's here when you want her, quiet when you don't.

FOR EVERY KEEPER
Whether you have one windowsill plant or a crowded apartment jungle, Mossly meets you where you are. Mossly is free to start, with an optional plan as you lean on her more.

Your plants, your data. You can use Mossly without an account, and you can ask for a copy of your data or delete it at any time.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-08-07

Mossly now remembers what you were watching together. Concerns can stay open, return gently on Home, and resolve with a truthful update when you come back.

This release also adds optional app-icon badges, more reliable reminders, safer syncing, and several stability improvements.

### 1.3.3 — 2026-07-06

this update is about trust, not features. a few small things that make mossly more honest:
- reminders now land on the calendar day you'd expect, even across daylight saving changes, instead of drifting by a few hours
- her care history stays in sync everywhere: archiving her, adjusting her rhythm, or resolving a check-in now shows up the same way across every device
- the almanac won't repeat a thought you've already read or edited away
- tightened up how we verify subscriptions behind the scenes
thanks for taking care of her.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-07-02

a small fix. editing a plant's details no longer resets how well mossly has gotten to know her rhythm. her watering history was always kept, and now her learning progress stays with it.

### 1.3 — 2026-06-30

this one is about honesty and care.

her reflections now stay true to what you've logged, so a tip never contradicts what she already knows. a note you jot is remembered, but never mistaken for a watering. and after you check in or water a plant, her read returns on its own instead of slipping away.

plus small, living touches throughout. thank you for tending alongside her.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-19

Mossly has grown into herself a little. This version is a quiet redesign, the same companion with calmer type, softer surfaces, and more room to breathe.

• the almanac now keeps the month in view, so a long record never buries her rhythm
• adding a plant is gentler, with clearer steps and an easy way to enter her by hand
• sheets and screens follow one calm system throughout

Small fixes too. She is still quiet, just a little easier to be with.
