I heard other ones but felt like it was negative programming. And I have had lots of apps but all have fallen short. This one is all that it says it is… and MORE! If you are one of those who is awakening, being drawn to meditation apps, apps offering growth in the trilogy of mind, heart, and soul… look no further!!!!!! The music, the voice, the messages, all reach deep within and you are truly filled with love and light and the gift of self transcendence!!!! Ty for this gift, this app! I needed it! I was quite surprised by how much I needed this after using it for about a month. The meditations, if that’s even the word for them are amazing. I have OBE every time I listen! Such a trip and I am grateful I found this process. The frequency is spot on to what I need. I feel like I have super powers to fend off negativity like no other on the days I start off with this app. It puts me in a place where my internal conversation cannot distract me. My family and friends have asked me what my secret is… I mean it’s basically me learning me but for sure this is part of what I am doing to get me out of my head and more present. The intoxicating, truly extraordinary voice in the music takes me to such beautiful places. I find myself so relaxed and filled with a previously unknown equanimity that helps me face almost everything with a calm demeanor. This is saying something as I have struggled with severe PTSD since I was a small child. To NOT startle at every sound, and not overreact to small stimuli is like a miracle. After years of taking drugs to control the PTSD, I no longer need them regularly and only take them on very, very rare occasions. In the past, therapy helped, regular meditation helped, self-compassion helped but nothing else turned off the 24/7 panic that was always running inside. This didn’t happen overnight. I have been a part of the most high group since the beginning. So I have been doing daily or near daily sessions for a few years now. The progress has been slow and gradual but pronounced. I am genuinely surprised by how my body and soul reacted to everything. I laughed I cried, at times I felt such a rush, like I was floating headlong down a river. If this is just my first session, I cannot even imagine what is in store for me. You can't download video content to you if you have a spotty internet connection - that's why you couldn't get it to stop buffering. The 1st time I used it, I felt tingles (like electricity) pulsating through my entire body. It felt like every dormant cell in my body has been awakened. I felt so much more calm by the end, and I love the fact that you can tailor it to your own preference, (religious, non religious, spiritual, etc). I don’t pay for apps, but I sure did pay for this 1! The calm peaceful serenity feeling I have been searching for, was finally found.
