The user interface is complex and not very intuitive, making it difficult to understand how to access various features and information. One major issue I encountered was with the PIN entry process. Despite following the instructions provided and entering the PIN exactly as instructed in the email, I repeatedly received an "invalid PIN" message, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Additionally, I faced difficulties when trying to close my account.
