## What is Mostdays?

Mostdays is a quiet daily check-in for the few everyday things that matter to you: a bike ride, a few pages, eating well.

Create up to seven trackers and give each one two answers in your own words, such as "Rode" or "Didn't ride". Each day, tap one. Add a note if you like. That's it.

HONEST PROGRESS, NO STREAKS
• Set an optional weekly target: most days, not every day
• See how often you chose your target answer, counting only the days you answered
• Days you skip simply stay blank
• Look back at any past day and change it

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your iPhone
• No account, no ads, no analytics, no cloud sync
• Export a backup or a CSV of your history whenever you like

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
• Answer from a widget without opening the app
• One gentle daily reminder per tracker, which stops once you've answered

A one-time purchase. No subscription.
