I’m using an iPhon X and there are many times when I cannot access the thermostat from the app even if I’m near to the device.
I test it via Wi-Fi and 4G but no results.
When it works it works, but whet it didn’t work you can’t do anything just to wait (sometimes an hour) with uninstall app and repeatedly restart the phone.
