After subscribing to the digital version, I downloaded the app and got this message.  I signed in to my new account on the website and still no change.  Then I get the message that the format is incorrect !  They’re numbers, for cryin’ out loud!  Give me the flippin’ format, then.  Sheesh...
I tried calling Customer Service to change my subscription to paper.  Waited 15 minutes and was still #15 in the queue.  They say they’ll call back.  If I don’t receive a call by the end of today, I’m canceling my subscription.  
Worst customer service EVER!

I loved this app until the recent upgrade.  It won’t let you expand the print and my seventy year old eyes cant read it anymore.  I have every issue since the beginning on this app and now all that money is down the drain.  If this isn’t fixed I will not renew my subscription and will probably argue about getting refunded for past purchases.

I am a subscriber to this magazine.  When I try to login with my account number and zip code on my mailing label, it does not recognize it. Same with my Grit subscription.  However, Mother Earth News works fine on that app.  Someone needs to fix this problem.
