I signed in to my new account on the website and still no change. Then I get the message that the format is incorrect ! They’re numbers, for cryin’ out loud! Give me the flippin’ format, then. Sheesh... I tried calling Customer Service to change my subscription to paper. Waited 15 minutes and was still #15 in the queue. They say they’ll call back. If I don’t receive a call by the end of today, I’m canceling my subscription. Worst customer service EVER! ### 1/5 — Too small to read *2019-12-29* I loved this app until the recent upgrade. It won’t let you expand the print and my seventy year old eyes cant read it anymore. I have every issue since the beginning on this app and now all that money is down the drain. If this isn’t fixed I will not renew my subscription and will probably argue about getting refunded for past purchases. ### 1/5 — Subscription Login Trashed *2019-07-28* I am a subscriber to this magazine. When I try to login with my account number and zip code on my mailing label, it does not recognize it. Same with my Grit subscription.
