The workouts challenging yet attainable. I love the variety of styles & duration of workouts. Madison is a great trainer who is even more passionate about making a difference in supporting moms on their journey. There are meditations, pregnancy specific workouts, posture stretches, postpartum strength and cardio challenges, the list goes on.
