Kecewa sekali belanja online di web/aplikasi mothercare. Karena pernah pesanan saya dicancel lalu uangnya di deposit (yang mana ga bisa diambil tunai dan bisanya dipake belanja disini lagi). Ehhhh giliran belanja lagi via web/aplikasi, sebagian barang ga terkirim sampe sebulanan. Ketika aku terus/terus followup lewat email dan wa, katanya barang yg belum datang mau direfun, tapi sampe 2minggu jg ga ada uang masuk. Janjinya maksimal 14 hari. Ya Alloh capek bangetttttttt harus folloup terus-terusan, nagihin uang sendiri. Udah barangnya ga dapet, mau minta uang sendiri kok susahnya minta ampun. Kapoooooook beli online. Tambah lagi ga da kompensasi atas kekecewaan saya

Pesanan saya sudah 3 hari lebih tidak diproses tapi statusnya CLOSE atau SELESAI. Kemudian saya chat ke CS ternyata pesanan saya tidak bisa diproses karena stocknya kosong, kemudian saya ditawarkan untuk refund. Saya minta refund ke Rekening Bank saya, infonya akan menerima email untuk pengisian data. Tapi sampai 5 hari kerja saya masih belum menerima email tersebut dan follow up sampai setiap 2hari sekali masih belum terima email tersebut. Mikir2 lagi aja deh kalo mau beli lewat aplikasi pelayanannya SANGAT BURUK biarpun promonya banyak. Sayang banget duitnya nyangkut gak jelas kemana.
