Every time I pick up my order it’s the smallest size with 1 customization of even that. I order on the app to save time on my lunch and this basically defeats the whole purpose if I have to wait for my drink to be remade. We wanted to reach out to apologize for the issue that you had with ordering on our app. Yes, we did have an issue in November where the app was showing a few items that were not available in store.
