## What is Motion?

Move better, and everyday life starts to feel lighter and easier. The stiff neck, the shoulder that aches at the desk — much of it likely traces back to your posture and how you move. Fortunately, these things are changeable with the right exercise selection and volume. This is what Motion is for.

There's a kind of self-care that lives between the personal trainer and the physical therapist — helping your body move more efficiently so the activities you love feel good again. Motion brings this to you: guided, personalized, and in your language.

TWO WAYS TO START
→ Browse ready-made programs by focus area, or
→ Take a guided postural and movement assessment with Marissa, your Personal Health Coach, and get a program built around how you actually move.

MORE ON THE ASSESSMENT
A good plan looks at your whole movement system, not just one area. For example, tight shoulders can ease from targeted stretching at the chest and strength work in the mid back; how your hips move can shape what you feel at the knees. The assessment maps how your body moves today, then builds a program made for your body — not a one-size template.

Either way, you follow along with clear, voice-guided exercises, shown from multiple angles so you're never guessing if you're doing it right.

SIX FOCUS AREAS
Knee, hip, lower back, shoulder, neck, and upper back.

A TRACK FOR EVERY STAGE
→ Pre-Hab — prepare for surgery or build a foundation
→ Extended Recovery — rebuild and maintain strength
→ Injury Prevention — stay ahead of discomfort and build durability
The first program in every track is free.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Full guidance in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic — voice and text. Quality movement guidance shouldn't depend on the language you speak.

WHAT YOU MIGHT NOTICE
Less effort in everyday movement. A long ride or walk that feels easier than it used to. The sense of getting back to what you love — and to moving the way you remember. When your body moves efficiently, it stops fighting itself.

Use Motion while you wait for care, alongside it, or on your own. How it fits your life is up to you.

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2026-02-22*

Just what i was looking for, easy to use. My knees are happy now.

**Developer response:** Samantha, thank you so much for the kind words and 5 star review!

Keep up the great work!

### 5/5 — It helped

*2026-02-04*

I was feeling soreness in my knees after doing lunges, the instructor assured me that my form was correct. She said the soreness would go away in time, a year later the soreness was borderline of pain in my knee after doing lunges. I felt like there was a problem with my right knee, i found this app. After contacting the developer and asking some questions he directed me to the exercises that would help to strengthen my hip, and knee muscles. I can tell when i do not do them, as i feel the discomfort starting, but when i do the exercises i feel relief, i am confident that as i keep on doing these exercises in time i wont need them. Excellent App, it still needs work but it definitely on the right track.
