### 1/5 — Bad photos

*2015-01-05, version 1.0.2*

Purchased in-app to see if it worked, and it did. But why are the photos so dark?

### 1/5 — Can't Test App Properly Without Purchase

*2014-09-04, version 1.0.1*

After downloading the App and spending a few minutes trying to get it to work, it transpires that in order to be able to save images you need to purchase an In-App add-on. If the devs are reading this - we need some way to be able to test that it works before we spend money on it. At least let us save images to the device.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2014-08-12, version 1.0.1*

Tested on iPhone 4 using iOS 6.1.3 and also iPhone 5s using iOS 7.1.1

Neither worked.
I'm an IT professional so not exactly a stupid person... This app wasted 15 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Thanks Apple for posting such software to your now known "Crapp Store".

### 1/5 — doesn’t work

*2014-03-11, version 1.0.1*

junk

### 1/5 — Crap I think

*2014-01-08, version 1.0.1*

Played around with it for an annoying 2 hours and could not get it to take 1 picture. Try it and get annoyed.

### 1/5 — Trash, worthless

*2013-11-30, version 1.0.1*

Absolutely worthless. All it does is freeze the screen for about 6 seconds while it's "taking pictures" which you can never see or preview. No way to verify if it even works at all. The capture crashes after collecting images because it fails to export (unless you pay) so there's absolutely no way at all to test this app before purchase. That's usually a huge red flag that the app is useless anyway. Avoid this one.

### 1/5 — 👎

*2013-09-29, version 1.0.1*

Dumb, doesn't work

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2013-08-05, version 1.0.1*

Won't do anything unless you purchase in app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-05-01, version 1.1*

Unable to detect and photograph small motion only picked up large motion at highest settings. Had to pay to be able to save photos a wast of money and time

### 1/5 — Don’t use it!!!!!

*2018-07-15, version 1.1*

You have to pay to export images?!?!?!?!

### 1/5 — does nothing

*2018-07-10, version 1.1*

it has camera access I can see, looks like its tracking changes, but does Nothing! it has an alarm, or so it says, but it never goes off. not worth the 10 second download. no help menu- deleted app

### 1/5 — Problems with Export

*2017-05-15, version 1.0.2*

Will not email pictures after buying the export image.... Honestly need a refund.

### 1/5 — Ripoff

*2017-01-29, version 1.0.2*

Paid for the in app purchase but it still claims I haven't every-time I record a video.

### 1/5 — I paid for image export In app purchases but did not work.

*2016-09-04, version 1.0.2*

I paid to use the feature EXPORT IMAGES and I have the receipt. But every time that i try to use the app shows a message that i have to buy for this option to have my app working. I want a answer please.

### 1/5 — Poor App

*2016-08-24, version 1.0.2*

Changes the screen brightness every time you open the app.
No way to test without inapp purchase.
There are better apps out there.

### 1/5 — Can't test without paid upgrade and dims phone

*2016-03-10, version 1.0.2*

There doesn't appear to be any way to test this Ap without paying for the upgrade to export images. The Ap dims the iPhone display whenever launched so it is very hard to see or use the controls, even when you escape out of the Ap. You have to manually restore display brightness. The camera makes the picture snapping sound when it detects motion but does not appear to save images anywhere. Pretty useless free preview. No developer feedback link. Any developer interested in producing a good product would seek feedback and bug reports. A more useful free preview would just limit you to snapping a limited numbers of pictures and store them in an album in the Photos Ap to preview the results of the Ap's motion capture abilities. It would be better if you could also record short video clips, say 1-3 minutes for each triggered event. I would like to find an Ap that can do all this in Airplane mode with no internet dependencies ( like a game camera).

### 1/5 — pas très fonctionnel

*2015-11-28, version 1.0.2*

ou vont les photos prises?
stockés dans vos cloud et je dois payer pour les voir?
la détection se fait 1 fois sur 10 et encore la je ne peux pas voir les résultats
pas convaincu que ça fonctionne

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2015-02-13, version 1.0.2*

Doesn't seem to do anything unless you make the in-app purchase. Why not do the decent thing and charge an up front price?

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 3/5 — Decent-looking app with potential but some silly decisions

*2019-12-23, version 1.1*

Lists an ‘alarm’ which isn’t an alarm at all, just the quiet sound of a camera taking a photograph. Seems like it would have been very easy to include an actual decent alarm, or allow one to choose the sound via their own alarm apps.

It’s not just this app that’s guilty of applying weird limitations like this - plenty of other apps make similarly questionable decisions and I’m complete baffled as to why.

### 3/5 — Doesn't work in low light situations

*2015-01-30, version 1.0.2*

Works as advertised if you pay the in-app upgrade except when not in well lit areas. Needed this in fully-lit parking lot at night and it will just take non stop pictures even with no motion. Works fine in bright daylight though
