The application keeps telling me that Bluetooth is not connected or it is not connected to Bluetooth. The app is definitely connected to Bluetooth as it’s giving me information regarding the car, however, your company has never resolved this issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and reconnected many times even with your online help to no avail. Please fix the issue. It is Fast, collects and displays lots of data, but you cannot unlock or lock the car, or check if all the windows are closed, or even view the current mileage unlike in the newer Audi app. BMW and Benz had these functions, why can’t Audi?? Also, the new Audi app is clunky and slow to all get out. The BMW and Benz apps are not. Moreover, they allow you to remotely start the car. Helpful to see where my car is while getting serviced, borrowed, etc. I do miss the ability to lock/unlock from the previous app. Original review: App won’t let me sign me in since a couple months ago. No remote start… all the basic things are missing Got an email from the app company a few weeks after writing this and they said they couldn’t bring over these features from the old app… This is AUDI! How can every other car company offer these basic features in an app and yet AUDI cannot. Either get better app developers or revert back to the old app that had these features. We don’t buy luxury car brands to not have features that you can get from a Chevy or Ford. The support contacts seem unsure of their answers when we contacted them. Upon leaving dealership yesterday, I checked my phone and opened the app before starting a 40 mile trip. Evidently, something stopped the app from scoring my drive - so I don’t know if the safety options are working or not. The original app that worked with the cars 3G system was so much better. It gave me to cars mileage, the estimated range based on amount of fuel in the tank, I could lock and unlock the car, etc. Motion does none of this. It doesn’t work when I am using CarPlay. It gives false alarms regarding something happening to my car and has delayed response of up to 5 minutes when notifying my that my car has been locked, unlocked or started a trip. And to top it off, my car requires Premium fuel, but it only gives me pricing on regular fuel sold in the area. ### 1/5 — Useless App. *2024-02-19, version 1.1.1* Its a complete 180 from the original application. Worthless tool that just lets you track your drive, or use the app to check fuel level vs looking at your dashboard. My wife drives a 2018 SQ5 they should have just made the MyAudi app compatible I would have been happy. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Good Job Audi! *2022-04-21* Really surprised at the good deeds Audi did here to give us this for free. I received access to this app once I took my S5 in for a recall that replaced my 3G cell service computer for 4G. I was thinking about buying a subscription to the old MMI just for the gps tracking service but the salesmen told me straight up it wasn’t worth it. Well surprised me to find out this new app gives it to us for free now. Not only that but it’s been helpful in telling me other information like when my battery is draining when I listen to music with the engine off, which the car kind of did before but now all kinds of notifications like that are supplemented with graphs and data. Love it. I live in Seattle so I’ve set a geo fence around my garage at the lowest distance so that if someone breaks in or moves the car, I’ll be alerted. Textbook definition of good free over the air updates. Looks like Audi is taking a page from Apple and Tesla here. 5 stars. ### 5/5 — A lot to like, but… *2022-03-26* …there is one major limitation: certain features (including automatic crash notification) will not work without a Bluetooth connection to your phone. This is a problem for those of us who must use the USB connection to charge our phone or use CarPlay. The phone's Bluetooth will not function simultaneously. A workaround for this would make this product outstanding. **Developer response:** Hi RDBTV, Mojio and Audi worked closely together to bring over as many features as possible from the original product while adding a number of new ones to enhance your Audi experience. Unfortunately, Apple CarPlay doesn’t allow other devices to be connected to your car’s Bluetooth. (We should note that the crash alert service remains intact in this case; your car won’t receive a call, but emergency services will still be dispatched).
