### 1/5 — Current bug that will not let you sign in

I really loved this app until there is currently a bug that will not allow you to use the app. It continues to say that the app has been “blocked by hospital administration” even when I’m sitting on my couch at home!!

I’ve tried multiple times to pay for the upgraded version and the app completely crashes. I hope this can be fixed soon because I think this could be very helpful :(

App will not let you progress to the tool without required tour however the tour doesn’t work- just freezes. Previously was able to use the app without any issues

Love this for position changes when I am running low on steam and ideas, but its hit or miss with functioning. More often than not the app won’t work with a “its not you, its me” message. I try everything to get it to work, but to no avail, when its down its down. I still try though.

Doesn’t let you skip the tour of the app, yet the tour is not working, and only says “sorry we’re having a little trouble”. So can’t use the app because of how they have the app configured. 😒

Back in September, we did experience some trouble with the tour, mainly due to an external library that wasn’t working properly. The good news is, we’ve fixed the problem!
