Currently, only one person can connect to the blinds through their app and have control. They also need to allow you to make groups of blinds on the app as well. As it is right now, in order to open the blinds for a whole room, you need to open each individually. Overall, the app is very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Very basic app, needs more options to control shades *2024-12-24* You can basically setup to open and close shades. It only allows three timers per shade. So if you want to set the shades at different levels during the day your out of luck. It would be simple for the developer to just add more timers per shade. There is NO group setting so if you have 5 shades in one room you have to do all individually with the times. Also there is no sunrise/sunset setting which is a popular option so you have to go in and continually adjust the time for EACH individually shade since there is no group setting. To sell such expensive shades and cheap out on a basic app is surprising. ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! *2023-07-29* Paid $1500 for a dual roll set of blinds and the damm app won’t even connect. I have 9 motorized shades; one of them will not connect via bluetooth. My phone sees the shade but not vice versa. Tech support is available only as a chat and you may wait a day to get a response. I cannot recommend this product. There are You Tube videos but they do not address the issues. ### 3/5 — Needs some enhancements *2026-06-16* It’s great that you can configure timers for each blind but you can’t group the blinds and only set the timers once. So if you want your blinds to go down at dark, you have to constantly adjust each blind’s timer to the time of year. Perhaps add option to use the timer with sunrise and sunset? ### 3/5 — Needs more features *2026-02-15* The QR code on each blind made it simple to set up with the app. Also, setting the upper and lower shade limits is extremely easy to perform on the app. However, the app needs more options and functionality. Sunrise to sunset would be a huge addition so that you don’t have to constantly keep adjusting the time on your timers when the days get longer and shorter. And at least three more timers would be helpful in addition to the three that are already there. I would like to have three favorite positions for each shade instead of only one. Another annoying thing about this app is that you cannot press one button to raise and lower all the shades in one room at the same time. You have to do this for each individual shade. I will agree with other reviewers that this app is very lackluster especially for the price paid for these blinds. I appreciate being able to view the battery level on each shade though. Please update with better/more app functions. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Very easy to setup and use *2025-04-01* Purchased a double roller blind and I have a remote but needed to adjust the up and down end positions, which can only be done with the app. It worked great! Yes, you can only control one window at the time, but I wouldn’t expect more from a free app. I’m super-happy. ### 5/5 — Simple to use *2026-02-17* Love my Motionblinds roller shades.
