I love this app so much. I love how you can specify what you need help with and how you can put widgets on your Home Screen. With being busy all the time whilst having ADHD, I often forget to even go onto the apps so widgets help!

I really enjoy switching backgrounds and categories of affirmations. The aesthetics of the app is modern and unique.
