I am just getting a hang of this. I can say that I am impressed with the steady flow.
When I am in my day , and thinking of challenges that I am about to face, it pops up with a quote. I am just thankful for that, stopping to make a moment for me, & some things positive, or just thinking in different lights. 
I can say I enjoy this time and app.
