Downloaded, set it up, subscribed, and the app won’t load. “Data loading failed”

This app is not good because it takes for ever and I don’t get to see the quotes and there is no X so I can see the quotes whenever I try to get out of that page it doesn’t let me go to see the quotes it is stuck on one page
