## What is Motivus Digital?

Motivus Digital on Suomessa kehitetty ainutlaatuinen digitaalinen valmennusmenetelmä. Sovelluksesta löydät elämäntapamuutosta tukevat verkkokurssit kotiin, salille, keittiöön ja lenkkipolulle. Jokainen verkkokurssi sisältää selkeät video- ja tekstimuotoiset ohjeet. 

Motivus Digital -sovelluksen avulla suoritat kurssit helposti missä ikinä oletkin, suoraan älypuhelimellasi. Sovelluksesta löydät verkkokurssien lisäksi hyödyllistä tietoa blogistamme. Sovellukseen kirjautumalla saat myös helposti näkyviin omat kurssisi ja pääset treenaamaan haluamallasi tavalla. 

Sovelluksessa on myös mahdollisuus liittyä Jatkuvaan ohjelmointiin, jolloin ulkoistat treeniesi suunnittelun ammattitaitoiselle Motivus Digitalin valmennustiimille.
