This app is a great way to help set personal goals and motivate a new positive behavior, without rewarding the depressing habits. The big wins in life do not happen by random impulses, but by a number of small wins all brought together. You can practically create as many new habits as you like for daily or long term goals. The amount of time and control you can get back in your life is what makes this app worth it.
