The maintenance section. It’s incorrect for the mileage intervals. It feels that this should be a tool to help you forecast what your expected service interval items would be for your next maintenance period. Instead, it’s just a confusing blanket list of the items that’s not identified by mileage or time. So you end up having to go back to the manual anyway, which is why the app should support. The manuals information. I can’t connect a second bike in the garage. That’s frustrating, I want a second Guzzi, but don’t want a separate device just for the app use with that bike. A request to Moto Guzzi for assistance went unanswered. That affects my willingness to consider this brand for a future motorcycle purchase. ### 3/5 — Da migliorare *2025-11-29, version 1.9.18* Discreto ma migliorabile. Non è per nulla intuitivo connettere il navigatore che bisogna tutte le volte riattivare prima dalla app da un bottone rosso in basso per nulla esplicito e poi dalla moto. Lo svantaggio inoltre è che il navigatore funziona solo col telefono per cui se non hai batteria del cellulare niente navigatore. Infine le funzioni di MIA andrebbero migliorate come la regolazione del cupolino che dovrebbero essere di immediato accesso. ### 2/5 — Potential but no support and broken features *2025-10-03* This app has so much potential to be great but falls very short. Here are my issues, 1.) It claims the ability to add multiple MIA enabled MG bikes to your garage, YOU CANNOT. Once you pair a MG with the app, it will only sync with that motorcycle and no other even if the bike’s BT-ROUTER is synced with the iPhone as indicated. The only way to have it sync with a different bike is to delete the app, reinstall and then sync it with another bike. It makes using it with multiple bikes in your collection completely unfeasible and irritating. 2.) NO LANDSCAPE MODE with any of the Dashboard and Navigation functions. It’s 2025, not 2012. Not everyone uses portrait mode on their motorcycle and landscape when using it as an additional digital dash is so much better especially with bikes like a v7. 3.) NO SUPPORT. The MG app manual is a complete waste of time and provides no help. No online support as emails are never returned and calling Piaggio will just get you voicemail that asks you to leave a message that is never returned. 4.) Navigation is lacking any real route planning or decent guidance. Using Google Maps, or any other navigation app, has far more functionality and precision. Don’t waste money paying for it. I love MG and have been a fan of their motorcycles all my life. It is such a disappointment that this app is so lacking in basic functionality and support. At this time, in the current state of this app and their support capacity, I cannot recommend purchasing or even using the MIA features for your MG. Donc j’ai appris a beaucoup pardonner à ma marque de cœur. Mais cette ap est une vaste blague tellement elle est nullissime de chez abyssal. Comme souligné dans les autres commentaires, la connexion avec la smartphone est aléatoire, au gré des versions, pas stables et les fonctionnalités pitoyables: au secours, comment un développeur peut-il engager sa responsabilité en mettant sur le marché un tel produit? Ce n’est même plus une histoire de prix: en option gratuite ce serait déjà du vol, alors au tarif catalogue je vous laisse imaginer! ### 1/5 — Perché? *2025-02-14, version 1.9.13* Problemi di connessione. Prodotto non consigliato ### 2/5 — A améliorer *2024-10-28* Lorsque l’on installe l’appli et que l’on sélectionne « demander à l’appli de toujours me suivre » pourquoi faut il systématiquement connecter l’appli à la moto manuellement ??! Normalement l’appli devrait se connecter SYSTÉMATIQUEMENT dès lors que la moto est connectée avec le téléphone (c est le cas chez les autres constructeurs), fatiguant de devoir connecter manuellement l’appli à la moto à chaque départ et après chaque arrêt de la moto (type faire le plein), résultat des courses la moitié de mes trajets est enregistré car 1 fois sur 2 j oublies d aller connecter l’appli à la moto ! Das nervt arg doll! Zudem kann ich übers Motorrad kein Siri aktivieren, keine Musik steuern und die Navi-App funktioniert auch nur semi-gut. By far the best thing is that the navigation subscription is SO cheap. Thank you Guzzi for keeping this price reasonable to use the feature on my V85tt. $25USD for 3 years is well worth it. Two things I’d love to see fixed: 1) my phone battery drains super fast when using navigation even when my phone screen is off and in my pocket. 2) my phone connects to my bike when I open the app, but I have to manually hit the “connect” button for the navigation connection work. I’d love it if my phone is connected to the bike and I put in a gps location in the bike, that it would automatically enable the navigation “connect” feature. ### 4/5 — Bonne application *2024-11-06, version 1.9.9* Le GPS est plus réactif que mon TOMTOM RIDER 400… Possibilité de charger des fichiers GPX qui seront suivi et respectés parfaitement ! Les statistiques d’utilisation sont utiles et très complètes… le seul bémol est l’obligation de systématiquement se connecter au démarrage de la moto… une connexion automatique lorsque l’application est ouverte serait un vrai plus! ### 4/5 — Funktioniert und jetzt auch mit gpx Import *2024-05-04* Also bei mir funktioniert die App und sie wurde durch die (endlich) nachgerüstete Funktion zum Import von Routen nun auch gut und sinnvoll nutzbar.
