I can access the demo ride, but as soon as I tap the "Login" button, the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. This is a critical bug that makes the app unusable for me. The developers should have been testing their app on the iOS 26 beta to ensure it was ready for the public release. It’s incredibly frustrating to have an app that no longer works, especially for a product I rely on. The Motor is locked and not able to used it due to an error “502 Bad Gateway” every time I try to log in. The trophy descriptions are all the sudden blurred out so you can’t even read what has to be done to acquire them anymore. 2.) it would be super useful to see the current battery percentage from the app while charging and notification when charged to 100% 3.) should be able to order parts straight from the app and not be redirected to the Honda parts store. Well two days later and I can’t even log into my app. It really takes the shine off of a $1200 purchase. With all the downsides I am beginning to rethink my purchase. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is Junk *2026-04-18, version 1.2.3* After months and months of issues, I decided to leave a review. Sometimes the app decides your login is no good but (surprise surprise) even if you reset your password, it still says the login is invalid. I successfully created a new account as a test but the next time I accessed the app, the same thing happened. I use a password manager so I am certain the login (each time) was correct. Now, the app actually let me login (I was truly shocked! logged in on a whim!) And the app moves through SMS or Mail verification and then only spins. Bizarre that such an otherwise dependable company canake something that is consistently a piece of junk. ### 1/5 — Login hangs forever *2026-04-11, version 1.2.3* Can’t use the app if login hangs up. This app is buggy, sometimes just doesn’t respond to input and 9 times out of 10 won’t even let you login.
