If you could tell us more about what particular steps you took, we'd love an opportunity to reproduce the error and correct the issue. ### 1/5 — Can’t log entries *2020-01-30* Tried to log multiple entries on one motorcycle and they would disappear and never come back when you tried a second entry on the same bike. The “save” mode after you write something doesn’t seem to work. **Developer response:** If you could tell us more about what particular steps you took, we'd love an opportunity to reproduce the error and correct the issue. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2019-09-03, version 4.0* This app needs to be updated..it would be a good app if it worked. You can not add your own motorcycle, I can not edit or delete entries ...very little of the features work with the current version of iOS . If it does not get an update this app should be removed from the App Store as it is non functional in its present state. ### 1/5 — Unacceptable bugs *2019-08-11* Editing an entry will not allow changing the odometer field; if you ty to delete an entry the app crashes and it does not delete said entry. Please correct this bugs. **Developer response:** We'll review any crash logs to help identify why your installation is experiencing those issues. You are correct regarding the odometer miles. The original structure of the App used the odometer as a unique identifier, which in retrospect was a poor decision on the developers part. We're working on a complete cross-platform rewrite, but unfortunately at this time the best steps are to delete the unwanted entry and reenter the correct odometer reading. We hope to have a more robust solution in the future. ### 1/5 — Garbage Don’t Waste The Money *2019-04-28* Bought this app for the detail but there isn’t any! When you go enter notes in a oil change you can’t see all the notes.... ever! Did a export thinking I could pull it up through there. Nope! Wasn’t even a attachment. Got hustled by a scam artist is exactly what happened. If I could give negative stars I would -5 star this app. **Developer response:** We're sorry you experienced issues with the older v2.0.2 version and we've tried to address a lot of the issues with that release. The updated version contains the better options for saving to both your iCloud account as well as sending a .CSV attachment via email. We are working on a more robust cross-platform solution for release in the near future. ### 1/5 — Useless *2019-04-15, version 2.0.2* This must be the most useless application I bought..every category has the some limited entry choice...keeping track only of costs and mileage. Apropos mileage...nowhere any configuration possibilities for international units... Snazzy interface (that’s what the one star is for), but that”s all. ### 1/5 — Not worth the money *2017-08-28* A lot easier to create a spreadsheet than this, good idea if the service items were linked, but not. ### 1/5 — Limited *2017-07-10, version 1.0* Can only add year, make and model of bike and there is no support for the app. Plus it was hard to find a link to support, had to dig around to find on their website. It could be a good app. ### 2/5 — Needs some updates *2024-04-09* This app has great potential but is lacking flexibility in reading the previous data/maintenance entries. A database or make/model field with default data for the motorcycle. A way to avoid having the hit “I agree” every single time the app is opened. Etc. Needs work but would be willing to pay for this app if it were better. ### 3/5 — Good app, but needs work *2019-07-12, version 4.0* I like the way this app works, but it makes me click the agree to terms and conditions button every time I open it. It also won’t let me make more than one entry per category at the same mileage. This is annoying if you’ve done several maintenance things at the same time and want different entries for each one. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — My last review updated … *2023-09-14, version 4.0.2* Okay, now that I’ve learned a bit more, I’ve found the edit function. Wasn’t hard to find either. So that’s all good. Now I can’t seem to export a report to email. Not sure why. Would be good to have a ‘reminder’ function for upcoming maintenance, maybe linked to my calendar. Upgraded to 4 stars. ### 4/5 — I need some more features please. *2022-03-12* Decent app, fulfills a need. I need a couple of different functions. Export of a stored logbook to airprint would be fantastic. I also really need landscape orientation support for this app, as I use this app on iPad Pro with the magic keyboard, so I am limited to landscape mode 99.9% of the time. Also would like to add a category like "cosmetic" like if I do a purely cosmetic mod to my bike. I tried "contact developer" but didn't get much help. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Limited but good *2019-06-09, version 4.0* I find the app easy to use and can update each repair and maintenance work on my I phone on the run. The categories I don’t mind, would like to see a much larger note area for each entree but it’s all there. I am sure the developer will carry out updates in time. ### 4/5 — Great app *2017-07-17* Works very well for keeping track of maintenance.It could use an update to log additions of accessories.Really would work better if we could edit previous entries. **Developer response:** We're currently working on an update which will include additional service areas as well as individual cost entries for each service entry.
