اول شي انت تبي تبيع السيارة، اهم المهم الي عندهم يبيعون سيارتك باي سعر عشان يأخذون مبلغهم الي مخفينه عنك لو تعرض السيارة مثلا 5000 دينار اهم راح يكاسرون السعر المناسب لهم ويقولولك السيارة ما راح تنباع بهالسعر ينزلون من السعر مثلا 4000 دينار والسعر البيع 4500 دينار واهم يأخذون 500 دينار أرباحهم الي مخفينها عنك، انت بيع السيارة بنفسك افضل صدقني تدفع 30 دينار و بالنهاية انت خسران واذا السعر الي انت حاطه مو عاجبهم ماراح يجتهدون عشانك يعني بالعربي يبون يبيعون سيارتك باي سعر عشان فايدتهم يقولون لك سعر ويقولون حق الشاري سعر ثاني و يحاولون يخفون السعر لي وقت البيع واذا كلمتهم ماراح يردون عليك او يلفون و يدورون معاك

- مجرد تشترك معهم في باقه تتصل محد يرد عليك بالذات اللي يكون ماسك سيارتك


- سالتهم السياره يعرضونها اولا على شريطيه ومكاتب تشتري مستعمل ولا يعلمونك منو اللي قاعد يسوم او صفته ويعطيك سعر كسر !! وبعدها يقولك نحطها لك عرض بالموقع

- العروض عندهم بمزاجيه عرض السبت غير الاحد غير الاثنين وينتهي بمزاجية!!

- الفاحص يحط خرابات من راسه يوقول توايري فيها رجفيه مع اني فاحصها في الغانم و وشركة الضمان واهي معتمده عندهم وقالو ما فيها شي وانا اسوقها ما فيها شي والمضحك المبكي انه اكتشف انه فيها رجفيه واهو سايقها بس داخل الشوارع الداخليه وما تجاوزت سرعته 30 !!


- يقولولك يتفاوضون مع العميل وكله جذب بجذب تواصلت معاهم عن طريق  تلفوني ثاني فقط يذكرون السعر اللي انت حاطه! ووين التفاوض واقناع العميل بالسلعه وتقريب الاسعار

Horrible experience with their concierge selling service. I paid 35 KD for them to handle selling my car, and it could not have gone worse. 
They promise that you’ll receive an offer within a couple of days — this never happened. I had to constantly chase them just to get an update. I contacted them through WhatsApp, Instagram, their app, and their phone number, and still went days without any response. When they finally got back to me, they blamed it on the salesperson leaving and someone new taking over. Even after that, the communication and follow-up remained terrible.

They also do not mention anywhere that they charge the buyer up to 200 KD when the sale happens. That might be acceptable if the car is worth over 10,000 KD, but when the car is under 5,000 KD this fee becomes a major deal-breaker and scares buyers away.

Bottom line: The app is fine if you’re buying a car, but do NOT pay them to sell your car. It’s not worth it.

دفعت تقريبًا ٣٠ دينار على خدمة الكونسييرج في موتورجي، واللي مفروض يعطوني عرض خلال ٢ إلى ٣ أيام. مرّ أسبوع كامل ولا أحد تواصل، ولا وصلني أي عرض. أنا اللي اضطرّيت أتصل، وفجأة قالوا “تونا جايبين لك عرض” — وكان عرض تافه وواضح إنه مو جدي.

حسيت إن العرض بس علشان يسكتوني. الصراحة، تجربة جداً سيئة وغير احترافية. إذا ناوي تدفع وتبي خدمة عدلة، فكّر مرتين قبل تتعامل مع موتورجي

للاسف خسارة فلوس ووقت يعطونك الشمس بايد والقمر بايد وبعد ماتدفع فلوس الاعلان .. شوف التاخير بالرد واستغلالهم لك بتنزيل السعر اهم ماعليهم عمولة البيع مايهمهم تبيع سيارتك بسعرها !!

الي ماسك السيارة لما تكلمه مايدري انت منو !! افشل تجربة بيع مرت علي ولا بعت من طريقهم لان نصابين !!

تعامل المندوب غير احترافي و يطلب مني بقشيش حتى يعطيني السعر المناسب…. يعني يضغط على صاحب السياره حتى يضطر ينزل بالسعر حتى يكسبني و اشتريها منه و بالنهايه هو الرابح الاكثر باخذه للبقشيش او "الحلاوه" اللي يطلبها….. تجربة سيئة و غير احترافيه ابداً…. نفس اسلوب حراج السيارات بس الفرق هني انه على موقع الكتروني!!
