Who actually writes these things to be this useless! It pains me that in the 21st century many big companies have apps that just don’t work, but never seem to do anything about it by updating or rewriting them, and don’t seem to be in the least bit interested in actually reading these reviews as if I had a booking app that rated at 2 stars I would be ashamed. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-03-17* Who built this app? One minute it shows tickets with sqr code, the next the issued ticket has disappeared. Won’t add to Apple Wallet. App spontaneously closes itself down. We’ve tried this on two separate occasions and then when you’re at the venue, there is no mobile signal so it’s almost impossible to show the tickets if you try and take a screenshot of the ticket it tells you that you’re not allowed to and just gives you a blank screen.
