Pretty ridiculous for a game that hasn’t seen updates in a year and will likely never have this stuff fixed. I’ve played each entry in this series and never experienced something like this, probably should’ve trusted the reviews, might just go back to MM3 if this keeps happening ### 2/5 — The old one is better. *2026-03-06, version 2024.1.2* This version of the game has a lot of tricks by the developers to try and get players to spend more money- like stunting car development no matter the investment budget, to force the player to spend real money. I had a team that won the championship 2 years in a row and than magically my car was 5 seconds a lap slower. If I wanted a game that I had to constantly spend money I would just play the f1 manager. I’ve noticed every other season my car’s development is much lower than what I paid for, so I have to start the season well below where I’ve paid to be. I then spend tens of millions getting my car back into 1st ranking. Bit of a sly way for devs to build in eventually having to spend money on the app to stay competitive. I have tried it dozens of times, deleted and reloaded the entire game almost as many, and still nothing.
