It connects but will not control the bed. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t work anymore *2024-08-24* I’ve had this bed for a little over 2 years and never had a problem with the app. However, it no longer controls the bed. I can connect via Bluetooth to the speakers, but no motion control ### 1/5 — App won’t control the bed. *2024-08-22, version 4.0.5* Not sure if it’s the most recent update, but it will no longer work with our frame. My wife’s android app is still working, by the iPhone app sees the bed and will “connect to it” but the bed no longer respond to any commands. ### 1/5 — Needs lots of improvement *2024-08-15* The app is straightforward, I’ll give you that. This is actually the first time for me to ever rate an app. It’s so bad that I just felt inclined to create a review. There are times we make 20+attempts to get the bed to move up or down. We refresh, we close, we restart, and just nothing. We find ourselves not wanting to change the format of the bed being afraid that we might not be able to get it back in Home position. It was a lot of money to spend for an operable bed that really doesn’t work very well at all. ### 1/5 — Great bed frame, terrible app. *2024-01-12* The bed frame itself is great but the app doesn’t work properly. It won’t connect to my bed even though the Bluetooth works just fine and plays music. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and got nothing. Even unplugged the bed and reconnected to the Bluetooth multiple times and still nothing. These companies like making “smart” things with apps to get us to buy but never seem to maintain and update the apps and make sure they work properly. ### 1/5 — Timer for lights *2023-10-18* Using this app to setup the lights does not work. Can cut the lights on and off but if you try to set a time for the lights to stay on it does not respond. Once triggered the lights will cut on then off in about 13 seconds. ### 1/5 — App no longer finds bed *2023-10-10* I’ve had this adjustable base for 2 months. My iOS app is no longer finding my bed/device. It just keeps saying “scanning/refresh”. It connects via bluetooth, and the bed says “paired”. It can play music fine. But i cannot use the app to connect to the bed for movement and/or light options. ### 2/5 — LED light wheel is not in color. *2023-02-03* Cannot change color of LED lights. Can only set time lights stay on. It hasn’t worked for 3+ years on an iPhone . My wife’s android would work fine, never again on my old iPhone, and still not on my new iPhone. It will connect and make you think it should work, but none of the app buttons will do a damn thing. ### 1/5 — Light control not working *2026-03-07* This app is very basic. It’s supposed to have a light control that controls the brightness of the light. The app can find the bed, but no controls actually do anything. It has not worked for over a year. I saw there was a new update a couple of weeks ago to make some fixes, so I tried again, but it’s the same thing. The bed is there, it just doesn’t work. The app works fine on an android phone, but not on Apple. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-10-10* The app finds the bed but doesn’t control anything. It will play music, but won’t control motion of the bed or the lights. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — Missing Settings *2024-09-13* There are settings missing from the app’s “Settings Page” mentioned in the owner’s manual. In particular, there is no activation feature for the underbed LED lights motion sensors. With the app you can turn the lights on or off, adjust the color and brightness, but you can’t do a thing with the motion sensors. The app is also not real easy to navigate whilst using. My husband keeps the remote on his side and I use the app. It comes in handy when I go to bed before he does. I just wish this could be on Apple Watch as well. ### 5/5 — So Happy *2021-11-01, version 2.4.7* I got my bob-o pedicure bed with adjustable base for free but with no remote… I originally downloaded this app on my android, but I’ve since switched to IOS and the app STILL works as my remote. Good less who ever made this app, I am in your debt!!! ### 5/5 — Works great with an amazing bed *2019-07-25* I just got my adjustable bed from rc Wiley today. I love the bed. The delivery people set up the bed. The app was super easy to set up. I just downloaded the app and it already new my bed (thanks delivery guys for whatever u did when u built my bed) The app works great though. It’s works exactly like the remote that came with it, but just on my phone. ### 4/5 — Functional But Could Be Better *2025-12-17* I’ve had the bed frame for a little over a month. I find the app works as well as the supplied remote. It’s particularly useful when my wife goes to bed before me. I can turn on the under bed light so I can walk across the room without risk of tripping in the dark. I can also control the bed easier in the dark as the remote doesn’t have backlighting for the keys. It would be really nice if there was a timer function for the massage feature. The massage helps me fall asleep, but having to turn it off before falling asleep wakes me up. I’d like to be able to have it turn off after a set amount of time, such as 15 minutes. ### 4/5 — App no longer works *2019-09-29* I updated to iOS 13 and app no longer shows my bed. Edit: had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work oroperly ### 3/5 — Timer app is non functional *2025-11-29* On the series XSF200 bed, the timer function does not work. This would be the only benefit of using the app, vs the remote. If they correct this, it would be more useful if it returned the bed to one of the preprogrammed positions for sleep, when the timer ran out. It would also be nice if the LED on the bed was dimmable. ### 3/5 — Simple app adjustments. *2023-08-20* To begin. The bed base is good. But your missing out on the simplest options via the app with connectivity to base. You could add timers Start out in zero gravity. 3 hours in it could go flat. That way you don’t have to wake up to adjust it flat. The whole point of a bed is better sleep. Even have a massaging turn on just before your alarm. It could be so easy and so much better. I wish the remote could control both beds in the same screen. We have a split king and the remote treats each side as a separate bed. It would be nice to control both side lights together. The light timer feature is a joke and doesn't work at all. It is almost like a work-in-progress beta feature. Once they get this working, it would be nice to also be able to set a time for the lights to come on.
