I had cox cable come and double check. They too said there are no issues with my internet. The ONLY issue I have is THIS app saying I am offline. I have tried following the steps to reboot the gateway over and over but it does nothing. The stupid error is still there. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, still says offline. It’s a common issue according to the internet…you know, the one that claims I’m offline. I refuse to install your plus app with all its wonderful feedback and pay aspects. Now you’re going to kill the app that actually worked? I’ve supported Motorola for years. That stops soon. I’ll be buying a new gateway, any brand but yours. I bought the Motorola B12 modem which even recommends downloading this app. However the app does nothing. You can’t change any setting on the modem at all. You can’t even initiate a basic restart of the modem. Don’t bother with this useless app. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-11-28, version 1.5* This app is abysmal! I’ve been trying to register a brand new modem/router combo for my parents for over a week at this point. Either the app says the device isn’t supported (it is, I checked the Motorola website) or the app won’t load despite my being connected to the WiFi. None of the troubleshooting steps they have work, and now the app just sits on a blank white screen. How can you expect customers to utilize an app for their home internet equipment, and then not make sure said app works?
